I love love this dress, however upon me putting the dress on it completely came apart. After contacting the customer service team to issue a replacement or help me to fix the dress they stopped replying and were not accomodating at all. Terrible terrible customer service. It's really disappointing because I love this brand however am very reluctant to purchase again.
